Octoberfest Malta

MFCC was the venue and what a venue it was, it was just like being in Germany :).
Sponsored by G7, they went all out on this event, making it look like the real thing. Jewls played a Duo set with Andy Barnett on lead guitar, banging out some original tracks they wrote together as well as covers like Kid Rock's All Summer Long and Sweet Child of Mine from Guns and Roses.
They played again the next day, with an awesome lineup: Nadienne on bass, Jason on drums and Andy on lead guitar.
Farson great Beer Festival Malta

Once again Jewls played the Rock stage, a great venue with a great set of classical rock numbers. Supported by Nadienne and Jason, but this time he was also joined by none other than lead guitarist Andy Barnett. Jewls and Andy have begun collaborating on a new album—more news on that as it happens.
New Year’s Eve 2009 Show

For the second year running, Jewls Verse played with The Monitors in the New Year’s Eve show in Victoria, Gozo. Once again the show was broadcast live and attended by thousands.
Octoberfest Malta

Jewls Verse had two performances at this year's Octoberfest. First he performed a solo tribute to Pink Floyd, playing all the crowds' favourite Floyd numbers. Then with Jason Smith and Nadienne Sacco he belted out some great classical rock tracks like Paint It Black from the Stones and Roadhouse Blues from the Doors.

Today Jewls Verse launched his latest album, “Taking It Easy”, with three free gigs - at Bay Street, Fat Harry’s Bar, and Paradise Bay Lido.
Mater Dei Hospital Opening

Malta’s new state-of-the-art hospital received it’s official opening with a weekend of activities, events and concerts. Jewls Verse played a two-hour gig with former Eurovision singers Chiara and Olivia Lewis.
Bay Street 2007

To promote the launch of his new album, Jewls Verse will be playing at Bay Street on Sunday afternoons in the weeks prior to the album release.
The Ability Challenge 2007

Jewls Verse played at The Ability Challenge charity gig. Along with the great music there was a BBQ as well other entertainment. The event was held at Dimples Bar, Mosta.
The Ability Challenge, is being organised once again by Razzett tal-Hbiberija. The Challenge consists of a number of team participating in adventurous activities over a period of one week. Each team will be made up of participants with mixed abilities. This year’s Challenge, will take place in the mountain village of Mayrhofen in Austria.
‘Firefly’ Released

‘Firefly’, the new single from the coming album is released today (05-06-07). You can listen to the song here. You can also watch the video for the single. Filmed on one of Malta’s most picturesque beaches, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, the intimate video brilliantly reflects the mood of the song.
